Abstract:
The theme of this thesis continues the master's studies whose theme approached the Cultural Patrimony, childhood and identity in the neighborhood of Bom Juá, Salvador-Bahia. In it we observed that the cultural heritage, the stories of people's lives and the forms of expression of the territory were not visible in the school environment. Therefore, they were not part of the curricular repertoire. In this way, we have now opted for a comparative study between two Bom Juá and Plataforma territories, with emphasis on the territory and cultural patrimony of both, and the theme developed is: Bom Juá e Plataforma: territories that teach cultural heritage to children, Salvador- Bahia. We work with a focus on the educating territory and the African-Brazilian heritage as part of the development of African-Brazilian cultural identity. Our general objective was: To analyze the educational possibilities for children in the territories of Bom Juá and Plataforma focusing on the African-Brazilian cultural heritage. And the specific objectives: To compare the narratives about Plataformense and Bonjuaense childhood identifying their cultural patrimony. Explain the African-Brazilian cultural heritage of Bom Juá and Plataforma as an educational possibility for children comparing them. And analyze the curriculum guidelines of SMEC of Salvador in its axis of interethnic education. The theoretical bases used were: The African-Brazilian perspective thought by Marco Aurélio Luz (LUZ, 1995). As for cultural identity, we adopted Diop (1982), Hall (2002) and (GARCIA, 2007). With respect to the curriculum we emphasize the critical theory in Silva (2007). Tangible to the territory, we chose Sousa Júnior (2011), highlighting the African territory, already in Haesbaert (2004), Rafestin (1993) and Milton Santos (1998, 2006, 1998), we discussed territory as a relation of power of domination or not, symbolic and concrete , Endowed with tessages, nets and nodes. We also observed Coelho Neto (2013) and Pereira (2015) in relation to productive activities and flows, goods and services in the local / regional, national and international market or vice versa. With regard to cultural heritage, we use the IPHAN Journals, UNESCO Declaration (2003), Heritage Letters, Franco (1936) and Ametller (2011). And with regard to childhood we use the Pedagogical Proposal SMED (Municipal Education Education, Culture and Leisure). The methodology applied was the discussion with a focus group, aiming to bring the memory through the debate information about the theme Barbour (2009). Ethnography was associated with photoetnography and as a form of registration allowed the observation of drastic changes in the territory, at which time the cultural manifestations were captured (Boni and Morechi 2007). In this case, Rocha and Eckert (2004) also point to photography as a way of understanding the urban environment and the city as temporal object, place of paths and overlapping environments. The documentary research and the interviewing operated in the mapping of the values and systems of the non-evident social pticatics, during which they justified the information contextualizing them in time, thus being able to relate Bom Juá, Plataforma and the globalized world (DUARTE, 2004). And Didactic Engineering was support for the planning of the contents given in the workshops and for elaboration of theoretical knowledge on the subject (MICHELE ARTIGUE, 1980). The result of the study pointed to the educational possibility in the territory for the childhood; The provision of didactic material to develop a work that makes visible the African-Brazilian heritage, but depending on the militant teachers for the application of Law 10.639 / 03; Childhood exists associated with the fear of the existing ills of the target territory of police violence, a regression in relation to the results of the master's degree. We conclude then that there is the possibility of patrimonial education spontaneously in the territory; That he is still treated at school with superficiality. And that SMED, in turn, works with projects that do not include reality education, although there is a pedagogical guideline for educating city.
